It is a one bedroom apartment in one of the complex most reputated in the area of Costa Antigua, which is becoming very popular although it is 1 mile distance to the beach and the golf course (but there are free-buses to take you to both running every 1/2 hour!!) and it is only 3 miles to the airport!!!

The complex, with a large adults pool and a nice children one, has lovely gardens very well looked after. All the apartmetns stand arround the pool in a "U" shape, being the opened part of the "U" a backery, an Irish pub, and a Restaurant.

The buildings are 2 floor in general (ground-floor and 1st floor), except for only 8 apartments on the 3rd floor considered the "penthouses" of the place.

The one I'm offering at 49,000€ is really a BARGAIN as has been totally renovated including floor, tiles and pipes) just 4 years ago but just now they have put in a BRAND NEW KITCHEN, NEW DOORS AND NEW FITTED-IN WARDROBE!!!

This apartment is set on a ground floor, on the higher part of the Complex, and therefore, from its sunny terrace, boats beautiful views to the swimming-pool and gardens area!!!

As for the lay out is as follows: As you open the door from your nice terrace you are on the dining-lounge area, with 2 nice dark-green velvet sofas (3+2 sits), and several real good wood furnitures  such as the one for the TV & dvd, the tea-table and the eating table with glass top and 2 iron and wicker chairs.

After the dining-lounge comes  a small corridor holding the kitchen, in this case and as mentioned before, BRAND NEW, except for the appliances which include 4 heaters ceramic-hob, oven and large fridge (there is no washing-machine as it broke).

On the right hand side of this corredor is the  bathroom, totally renovated on the complete renovation of 4 years ago, and with a nice shower complete with screen and a beautiful real wood washbasin unit with cosy lamps.

Finally, at the bottom is the bedroom with a double bed and a unit for the 2nd Tv and a fitted-in wardrobe which is, again, brand new.

And one final thing I cannot stop myself from mentioning: this apartment was for sell originally at 82,000€, but as the owner has moved back, on a definitely basis, to the UK and just wants to "get rid" of the place, she has decided to let it go FOR JUTS 49,000€!! which is an amazing price even these days, as all other apartments in this lovely complex are being sold at a minimun of 60.000€ and they are not fully renovated like this!!!
